Pneumatic PPH ball valves are available with single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuators. Single-acting actuators have a spring in the cylinder and are available in normally open and normally closed types, automatically resetting upon loss of air supply. Double-acting actuators do not have a spring in the cylinder and remain in place upon loss of air supply.
Optional accessories include shut-off accessories, regulating accessories, air supply treatment accessories, and manual mechanisms. Shut-off accessories include single-coil and double-coil solenoid valves; double-coil solenoid valves have a memory function, opening the valve when one coil is energized and closing it when the other is energized. Regulating accessories include electric positioners, which adjust the medium flow rate based on a 4-20mA current signal. Air supply treatment accessories include air filter pressure reducing valves and air supply treatment triplet units, used to stabilize and clean the air supply. Manual mechanisms allow manual operation of the valve in case of automatic control failure.
When selecting a valve, consider a nominal diameter of DN15 to DN100 and a pressure rating of 1.0MPa. The valve body is made of PPH, and the seal is made of PTFE. The medium temperature range is -30℃ to 80℃ when using PTFE sealing. The drive method is pneumatic.
