The all-plastic flanged ball valve is a valve that uses a ball core with a circular through-hole as its opening and closing element. The ball core rotates around the valve body's centerline with the valve stem to achieve opening and closing. The valve body is injection molded from plastics such as PPH, RPP, PE, PVDF, CPVC, and UPVC. The sealing seat and sealing ring are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE/F4), a high-wear-resistant material.

The valve design and testing comply with Q/BT02-1999 standard. The valve body and pipeline connections must comply with DIN, GB, ASTM, JIS, and other standards. The working pressure is PN16, and the working temperature range covers -40℃ to 140℃, depending on the material.

Suitable for air, steam, water, gas, petroleum, and corrosive media. It features a one-piece structural design, characterized by its small size, light weight, and large flow capacity.
