CPVC high-voltage power pipes possess excellent heat resistance, with a Vicat softening temperature ≥93℃, allowing for long-term use in environments above 93℃ without deformation. They exhibit good insulation properties, withstanding voltages exceeding 30,000 volts, and strong compressive strength, with a ring stiffness of 10 kPa, exceeding the national standard of 8 kPa for buried plastic pipes. They also boast high impact resistance, withstanding the impact of a 1 kg hammer from a height of 2 meters at 0℃.

 

These pipes have a high chlorine content, resulting in superior flame retardancy and smoke density index compared to ordinary PVC. They are self-extinguishing and corrosion-resistant, resisting corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemical solvents. They do not crack upon contact with grease, overcoming the poor weather resistance of ordinary PVC pipes.

 

CPVC high-voltage power pipes are lightweight, high-strength, and easy to install. During installation, flared socket joints and rubber ring seals ensure good connection stability and high installation efficiency, preventing groundwater leakage.
