CPVC Flange
Detachable Connection for Hot Media Equipment
This fitting provides detachable connections between CPVC pipes and equipment or valves handling hot media. Flange connections allow easy installation, inspection, and replacement of piping. You do not need solvent cement for this connection. Bolts provide the sealing force. This makes maintenance much simpler. You can disconnect and reconnect without damaging the pipe ends. The fitting inherits CPVC's heat resistance up to 93°C. You will use these at chemical plant equipment interfaces with hot media, pump inlet and outlet connections, and filter connections. Any location needing frequent disassembly benefits from this fitting.
