Quick-Disconnect Fitting for Hot Media Systems
This fitting allows fast disconnection and reconnection of CPVC pipes in hot media systems. It has two fittings and a locking nut. The seal comes from a heat-resistant O-ring and threaded locking mechanism. You do not need solvent cement for this connection. Installation and removal are both quick and simple. The fitting inherits CPVC's heat resistance up to 93°C. This makes it perfect for locations needing frequent maintenance in hot systems. You will use it at water treatment equipment connections with hot water, chemical filter replacement points, and pump inlet and outlet lines.
