RPP plastic gate valves are valves characterized by low friction between sealing surfaces during opening and closing, a small opening height, and ease of manufacture and maintenance. They are suitable for medium, low, and high-pressure environments. The closure of an RPP plastic gate valve relies on stem pressure to ensure a tight seal between the valve disc sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface, preventing media flow. This valve allows only unidirectional media flow and is directional in installation.
These valves have relatively short stem opening and closing strokes, providing a shut-off function. The change in valve seat opening is directly proportional to the valve disc stroke, allowing for flow regulation. Therefore, this type of valve can be used for shut-off, regulation, or throttling.
