The nominal diameter of plastic electric ball valves is commonly DN10 to DN100 mm. The working pressure is generally 1.0 MPa or 1.6 MPa. Valve body materials such as UPVC have an operating temperature range of approximately -20℃ to 60℃ or 0℃ to 60℃; sealing materials such as PTFE have an applicable temperature range of -30℃ to 180℃. Connection types include internal threads, double unions, and flanges. Electric actuator voltage ranges include AC 220V, 110V, 380V, 24V or DC 24V, 12V, with control signals of 4-20 mA or 1-5 V. Types include on/off, regulating, and explosion-proof types.
Plastic electric ball valves are characterized by their compact structure, small size, and light weight. The valve body is hygienic, non-toxic, and highly corrosion-resistant, and features intelligent control, reliable performance, and ease of use. Its protection rating can reach IP67, and the protection devices include dual limit, overheat protection and overload protection functions.
