Quick-Disconnect Fitting for High-Purity Systems

This fitting allows fast disconnection and reconnection of PVDF pipes in high-purity or aggressive media systems. It has two fittings and a locking nut. The seal comes from a high-temperature resistant O-ring and threaded locking mechanism. You do not need fusion welding for this connection. Installation and removal are both quick and simple. The fitting offers exceptional chemical resistance and heat resistance up to 150°C. The material is highly pure. This makes it perfect for locations needing frequent maintenance in high-purity systems. You will use it at chemical filter replacement points in semiconductor plants. Each union is assembly-tested and seal-checked before shipment. We supply complete spare parts including high-temperature resistant O-rings and lock nuts. We use FKM or perfluoroelastomer O-rings for aggressive media compatibility.
